Toolbar workaround
I am interested in learning if a toolbar workaround can be coded in Java due to the fact that Google Chrome does not allow toolbars.
When the Java program is running, it will display a small bar at the top of the screen that includes a button to open the user's default
browser below it in the remaining desktop space.
Thanks.
