Creating an appointment programatically
I need to create an appointment an put it on users outlook calendar in my java web application. Any ideas or pointers?

I am confused .. Do you mean ..
"Create appointment in your java web application and put that appointment details on user's Outlook Calendar"

Please look on the ICS and VCS formats. User can import that or use that directly from outlook...

I would like the appointment to be added to the user's calendar automatically without them having to do anything. Is that possible?
