Please help with java quiz (should be easy to help)

I have this template I would like to edit.
On the template there are 4 possible answers. I d like to add one more.
Analysis Quiz

On the above template there are 4 answers and each answer can have a different score.
Then at the end you add up the score and you get a different text for each result.
