Please Help Me!!! Last minute test questions...

I'm looking over the study guide (as I have done for the last week) and still have few questions that I could not answer,

1) If a programmer uses a reference to a base class is this dynamic binding?

----I understand dynamic/late binding, but am having trouble differentiating between them in specific instances in code.


2) True/False — An abstract class is considered a data type, just as a concrete class is.

---- I personally seem to think that they are opposites by definition, but can you help me better interpret the question?


I greatly appreciate your help, I've put a lot of time into studying for this test and am really hoping to do well today!!
