Live Voice Chat using java

I have a project, about an online radio station.
I want to make an application for my website with this ff:

It is a live Voice chat box
If DJ click the microphone (icon) him/her voice will be hear by all people who is in the site.
If DJ click the microphone (icon) again, him/her voice will not hear.
So, who's holding the microphone(not literally) him/her voice will be hear by people in the site.

I need help from you guys.
Any Tips?
Any thing i need to know? so i can make it.
I need simple live voice chat.. so hopeyou guys can tell me what do i need to learn.
by the way, I am using JCreator.. and have a basic knowledge in Java language.

You've taken quite a large bite here; hopefully it's not more than you can chew. Is this for a school project? If so, are you sure you want to do this and not something simpler?

Are you familiar with Beyluxe Messenger?
When someone click the microphone iconin chat box, people will hear his/her voice.
That is what i wanted. hope someone can help me or give me some tips what do i need to learn.
