    Default Getting Visual Editor Working For Eclipse

    Hi, I have eclipse indigo version 3.7.1
    I wanted to make GUI's easier so I downloaded Visual Editor for eclipse. It's in the plugins folder in my eclipse directory and extracted from the .rar file it comes in. But my question is... Now what? How can I get this to work, I can't find anything on getting it to work online, only stuff on installing it. So how do I make a simple GUI with Visual Editor?
