Hi. I am trying to install jre on win7. 6.27 for 64 or 32, older versions, with or without firewall (comodo) or av (ms se). Nothing works and all the time exactly the same: When installation get's to stage of actual installing, the progress bar doesn't make any progress. Waited minutes but nothing.. help!
Restart, have you tried leaving the installation for a few hours or more?
Thanks for your reply. No I have not since I didn't expect this would solve anything. Left it for max 20 minutes..
Are you suggesting it might work when I leave it for hours? Wouldn't that be weird? I have a modern, fast computer..
Have you tried contacting oracle or asking on other forums. This forum more related to programming in Java, and if thats what you want in for then this is a good place. General computer forums would be the next place i'd try as you seem to have an odd problem, possibly related to YOUR computer.
