    The GUI being odd all depends on how you built your GUI. If you built it with fixed sizes and positions then when it moves to another machine and possibly another look and feel it'll not fit the same. This tends to be the case with the GUI builder.

    As for fonts, that'll depend on whether those fonts exist on each machine you are running this on. If the font doesn't exist then it'll fall back to the "nearest" equivalent one I believe.

    As for your friends system, you'd need to find out what java version it's running on.

    Ok, forget the gui. But how come when 3 of my friends open the jar on windows it gets class not found but on my pc its fine.

    What is the full text of the error message? What is the name of the class that is not found?
    What versions of java are on all the PCs?
