    Default Make Java Program Environment free

    Hi...frnds,i need to know how to make environment-free computer for executing java programs,i.e i should be able to execute java programs which can be stored in any drive.But nw im able to execute only programs stored in C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0\bin

    You will not want to put your code in the java subdirectories. Instead change your system's path so that it recognizes the java and javac programs. The introductory tutorials will show you how to do this.

    set the path
    got to my computer->properties->advanced->environment vairable->

    click new for user vairables for admistrator
    enter the name as:path
    address as: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0\bin

    now you save your program any where
