Best way to parse HTML??

There's a website that has a list of links.

What I'm trying to build is a program that will detect when a new link has been added to the list, and inform the user. I believe the term I'm looking for is parse HTML.

HOLY SHIT, how'd you do that?!?!? I wish I knew of a way to find links with related keywords like that.

Its a good thing you read the rules before posting. Want to know whats also a good idea? Actually reading the hundreds of articles related to EXACTLY what you're looking for.

Haha, great way to get further help. Perhaps he wasn't able to help you much but decided to point you in the correct direction while you waited for others to come by? Either way, I'm sure you will get plenty of help now.
