Need to write a driver TCP IP to RS232 and vice versa

Hi,
I need to write a driver under windows which takes a data from TCP IP and send it to some embeded card using RS232 and vice versa take a data from RS232 and send it through TCP IP.
I guess there are already java libraries I can use but don't know which and where to find.
I any one meet this problem before i will be happy to hear about it.

For the TCP part, it's all in the core classes: Sockets and ServerSockets are a good entry point (read the API documentation for those classes). For the RS232 part, google for RXTX, Sun did have a similar library but they discontinued it.
