java JEE perspective problem

i could not find JEE perspective in gallilio Eclipse. I want to develop an web application

File-->new-->.?(i.e dynamic web project) is not displaying
more ever i am unable to import war file
i.e File-->import war file-->web(not displaying)

for this i need to change eclipse perspective but, I could not find the JEE perspective in it.
Can anybody tell me how to add this in to the eclipse.

i am using eclipse-jee.galileo

inside eclipse folder the eclipse.ini file contains the below specified content

what changes i have make to eclipse.ini file in order to work properly.?

Have you installed the WTP (Web Tools Platform) plugin and downloaded/installed the required .jar files?

how can i know wheather i have installed web tools platform plugin.?
but my friend said that web tools platform(WTP) will come with eclipse-jee-galileo is it correct.?

Go to Help>About Eclipse>Installation details; it should tell you what plugins are installed. In that same help menu you'll find an option that can install plugins for you. AFAIK only version Helios has WTP preinstalled but I could be wrong.

in the installed software column the below content is displayed
Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers 1.2.1.20090918-0703 epp.package.jee

30 pligins are there in that the below plugin shows
provider :- Eclipse Web Tools Platform
plug-in-name :- Web capabilites
version :- 1.0.0v200906072300
plug-in-id :- org.eclipse.wtp.web.capabilites

You're welcome of course; it would be nice if you posted your solution here, i.e. what you had to do to make Eclipse support web applications and jee stuff. I run the Helios version of Eclipse and it comes preinstalled with wtp.

ok fine
i just installed the WTP by updating eclipse jee as u said help->about eclipse->installation details->then updating the eclipse jee and wtp
