SWNG done -> Moving to the Web, need advice on wich framework to use

Hi all,
I've been taking my first contact with Java through a small application using SWING/ Hibernate/ MySQL. Now I'm trying to venture to the Web side. I've been reading and I'd like to setup a development/ frameworks based on the ones found on consulting firms.

My idea is to use:
JBoss 6,
Hibernate,
Faces
and Vaadin for the UI.

What do you think? Any suggestions?

I guess it's better to user Primefaces for the UI

At work we mainly develp web applications. primarily use the following frameworks:

Hibernate
Spring (also Spring Security, and Spring Webflow)
Java Server Faces (JSF)
