I need to figure out how to write it entirely, I need help because its an alternate assignment for school and we havent learned much about arrays and the stuff listed in the problem

No. All I see I a little red cross. Besides it is expected you put in the effort to provide all the details needed. That is actually type up a well formulated question don't just post a screenshot.

What help do you need? Ask a specific question. If you say "I don't know where to start" then you have 2 options: give up as it is probably above your skill level at this point OR go back and review all the stuff you have done so far. The assignment would not have been set if it di d not build upon the concepts already covered.

As far as getting started, take baby steps. Don't look at the whole assignment and go "I don't know how to do this". Try and break it down into smaller and smaller parts and attempt each small part. I assume you know how to do things like if statements and loops, then you can most likely break the assignment down to a point where you need to write a loop. Then do that and test it before moving onto the next step.
