Your question is very general to the extreme and begs the question "Sorry, how can you do what specifically?". I guess first I'd recommend learning Java with a book/tutorial/class or combination til you're fully grounded, then move to the next step in whatever it is you're doing.

But it is possible or not, to create java app that connects to ms sql server ant to deploy that app to pocket pc (WinCE 5)?
Where to start? That tools to search for?
