Swing Capture in java ., pbm with my WebCam

hi i have a problem when conecting the webcam through java swingcapture program ., i am getting only blue screen .,

my webcam model is logitech webcam c270

What is the swingcapture program? Who wrote it? Do they provide documentation on how to use it?

Are there any java errors when you run the program? Run it in a console and see if there are errors. If so, copy and paste them here.
