Need help with java Printing Receipt

So, I don't think you're gonna have any luck trying to go direct from java to the printer, as the JVM has no direct hardware access. However, you can invoke print commands from the underlying OS. These links might be helpful:

hey, i was wondering if you managed to make the receipt printer application work? I also need to make an application to print on an Epson receipt printer (wirelessly) but I am not sure how to approach it. Is there any difference in printing on a typical printer or on a receipt printer?

felics... yes i did it but in a not wireless printer... there is a diff between the two... its more harder to do it in a receipt printer since the page orientation is small... you can refer to quad64bit post.. goodluck
