    Default Best way for save data?

    I write simple desktop app. I need to save some setting value. What's best way for save data in this case? (xml? txt ? property? or another sql base database)

    Hi
    If "setting value" is mean configuration properties for your app. I think the best solve to use properties files, Because you can change through simple notepad and don't run your app.
