1. Don't say "urgently". No one gives a sh*t how urgent it is. I guess you have an assignment due today, right?
2. Don't write in bold, it's just annoying and hard to read.
If you need someone to write code for you, I'd suggest you pay someone (e.g. from rentacoder.com). This forum is for learning and discussions, not cheating/plagiarism.
Write your best attempt and ask specific questions, otherwise I promise you you'll receive all of the bashing and none of the help.

Thanks 4 ur advice. I will not write in bolds again. But I don't have any assignment . I just need it for myself. Sorry for using worgs like "urgently". I don't want anyone to write whole code for me but I need someone to give me a hint for that. It was my fault that I have not mentioned it clearly. Sorry..

Ok, fair enough. I'd start with checking out the Timer class.

To be a bit more specific, check out java.util.Timer and java.util.TimerTask.
javax.swing.Timer is for use with GUIs (and I haven't a clue what javax.management.Timer is used for).
