Default Java Update Installation
While updating to the newest version of Java with Spybot and Spyware Doctor running, in the stage of copying new files in the installation, Spyware Doctor blocked a registry and file change and now the Java installation has stopped. I'm worried that if I turn my computer off and start again, that a preemptive cancellation might lose vital system files and Java files, but the installation isn't doing anything and that might be my only option. Is there any way to fix this?

You should just be able to end the task, and restart the installation. You shouldn't loose anything, if you just restart the install.
