    Question Widget Issue (link removed)

My first posting was closed for some reason. I'm thinking it was the link I posted, I hope anyway! Apologies...

    Repost:
Hey everyone! New to the board, and a beginner in Java...

I'm having a problem with my website. I'm using a twitter widget, and it's not displaying correctly on my website. Specifically, the scrollbar doesn't show up on the website, but when I hit "live view" in dreamweaver it works fine. So why is it that it works fine locally, but not on the site? What could be causing this?

Any and all feedback is appreciated!

Please clarify for me, and sorry for my ignorance, but how is this related to coding in the Java programming language?

(when I hit "live view" in dreamweaver it works fine - it appears DW is the NB of the html/javascript world. God help the web design fora and all those that post in them...)

@OP: The thing is that Java and JavaScript are two different languages. If your Twitter thing initialises itself and connects to the server, gets and displays data etc using JavaScript then this might be the wrong forum.

I see. Yes, it's JavaScript. Thanks for clearing that up! Like I said, I'm new to the java world, but to my defense, they both have java in the name! :D

No problem - google will easily take you to a more appropriate forum.

Sun licensed the name (they must have had some rights to it) to Netscape back when Java was hot.
