Question Having a Java developer job...

    Hi Everybody,

I am new to Java. I have several little problems that confuse me.
First one is, Can I have a job after having a good knowledge in J2SE instead of J2EE?
Second one is, Are there any projects I can participate from home while learning advance Java (I mean coding from home and upload them to company)?
Third one is, For a Good project, what are the other fields I should learn with Java? Should I learn UML etc.?

    Thank you.

    1. Sure as long as you can find someone to hire you.
    2. Google open source projects
    3. It will depend upon the project you work on or the place you get a job.

First You must have strong knowledge in Java Core and you need some info about JEE.
Then you can try to find some job.
JSE does not use as separate technology, you need know about more specification technologies for example JEE or desktop app or mobile tools.
