    Default Calendar Class Issues

So I Am trying to make some generic methods that i can use for doing math on a date. The problem is, I am unsure what i should be using and I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have been at it all day trying different operators and other logical methods but I either end up with the wrong numbers.

So instead of trying to paste my methods i have just put the whole program in a paste. The Methods i am trying to work on right now are called loopYear() and loopMonth()

Both return the wrong number. help :/

Joda Time is highly spoken of.

If this is an assignment it might be better to be a specific as possible about what you are trying to do. ANd as specific as possible about the problems you are having - ie SSCCE.
