It wouldn't be an algorithm. I had to do something very similiar in one of my programming books, and its not that hard. You should try something and if you're on the right track and are having problems people here won't have a problem helping you.

hey thnx appreciate it ...but i had complete the overall structure of that page it has to pics
and 2 buttons says "vote" but the only thing i need is that when i ll click on that button how that counter will say count "1"..and so on ....
