    Default How can i use downloaded package?

    I have downloaded javax.speech package of java as it was deprecated in jdk1.4. Well, can any body help me out that how can i use that package now. I am NOT using any sort of IDE. I am just writing and compiling programs using CLI i.e. cmd.

    import javax.speech.*;

    into your program.

    when compiling and running use the
    -classpath <path to the downloaded jar file>
    argument.

    or just copy the the java file and put it in your own package, that way it will be called easily from yourPackage.speech
