if you paid for a MySQL server, you have to ask your host service provider what the default password is or how to change it. usually this is done by logging into your account on the host website and then editting your settings for the database.

please note this is not to do with java

Setting an administrative password is one of the things you do when you set the database up. (And you also set up whether the administrator can log in from a remote client.) Details are in the documentation.
