Do you want to convert an EXE to JAR? If that, then I must tell you that to create a jar file you must have all of .class files. How do I extract a (Java based) EXE file?

Thanks for answering!
I know that I need the .class files to make the jar. What I need to know is how do I "get the .class files out" of the EXE

Did you created an EXE file of a java application? If then I can't satisfy you.I would like to learn that from you seriously.
Or not, then when you build your java code ,you will get .class files
