Default Best way to put paragraphs in a JFrame?

I am building a basic game program. I have a file menu with a help->How to Play button. I want this button to create a new JFrame and then inside this frame contain the instructions for this game(JLabel). Is there a way to format this without having one long JLabel? There must be a better way to do this. Thanks in advance.

You can use a text area and use \n and \t, if you wanna get really fancy check out jtextpane(might be way more than you need)
