Login Forms
I am working with a wesite working on a login form for student grades. However, the programmers have made two seperate programs for the login...one for students and another for parents access.

I would like to make a script whereas I have two radio buttons, one for students and one for parents, and depending on which one is selected, upon hitting submit, it will take to you to that location.

I have been unable to figure this out thus far, but any help would be greatly appreciated
