    I'm using BOUML (BOUML - a free UML tool box), and having very good experiences (mostly in the opposite direction, Java->uml, but the other way should work too). It's not a plugin but standalone.
    The support is lacking though because the maker is engaged in a quarrel with wikipedia about some license-violation, but i guess you can still download it.
    Sometimes the help is troubling because his french is better than his english.
