    Default Java heap

I want from cmd to set size of java heap. I use Apache-Tomcat-6.0.29 and my project name is MyProject. MyProject Framework is JSF1.2 .Can someone tell me which command to type and in which folder to positionate.

I found on the internet that I should type something like:
    Java -Xms32m -Xmx128m ...

    Thanks in advance,
    Ultras!

    Java -Xms32m -Xmx128m MyPriject.WAR and
Java -Xms32m -Xmx128m Apache-Tomcat-6.0.29 but cmd reports an error command
