Seriously, I have no Idea because I took a course in Java one year ago . now , I am taking the second course but I forgot , and I am lost in the class all the time . What you suggest ?

Agreed, what would be the point of telling you what they mean? The goal of the assignment is to help you learn, if you really don't want to figure out yourself, try searching around a bit. Give us what you think a static and non-static items are.
