    Default Old Java versions

After I checked for Java versions, it shows that I have the lastest version of Java (6.23). However, the check showed that there is an older version of Java that should be removed using Windows XP Add/Remove Programs.

I don't know which is the old version: J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 8 or Java 2 Runtime Environment SE v1.4.2.

    Please help.

    Thank you.

If you have version 1.6.23 both the others can go if you don't need them for one reason or another.
