How to pinpoint cause of crash
I have an application that has been installed on thousands of servers and is running with no problems. We have one particular site that has installed the application on two separate servers, and they are experiencing JVM crashes almost daily.
Here is what is in the dump file:
An unexpected error has been detected by Java Runtime Environment:
# EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x7c82cac2, pid=2220, tid=13872
# Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (1.6.0_01-b06 mixed mode)
# Problematic frame:
# C [ntdll.dll+0x2cac2]
Any ideas how we can pin point the cause of this exception.
