I cant understand OOP

hello every body
iam learning java in faculty from "introduction to java programming" book
we started from chapter 7 object oriented programming and we reached to
chapter 10 inheritance and polymorphism and i cant under stand any thing till now so i want to get some videos about OOP or any thing i do to under stand this subject
Realy iam so tired about it and my marks are very bad please i want any help

I recommend the Oracle tutorials; they explain it quite clearly.

Like any new concept it will take prolonged focused study. I don't know how your mind works, but mine works best when I attack these things from different angles, reading articles, books, tutorials, talking out loud about it, writing concepts down, talking to fellow students... whatever tricks work to pound this stuff in your brain. If you do it intensive enough and frequently enough, and if your brain has fertile ground where these concepts can take root (not all do!), you'll get it.
