the reason you are given this assignment is to understand what types will be effective in each case. If someone tells you, means is doing a part of your homework. If someone does your homework you dont learn. And even if you use a wrong data structure, mark doesnt matter, you just need to understand why it was wrong, so you will gain knowledge for next time that you face a similar problem. good luck :)
