Start up error...advice please

I am operating Vista Home Premium on my laptop and Mozilla Firefox as my browser. When I try and download a torrent via Vuze I get the following start Up Error Message :

I have tried totally deleting any Java on my laptop and re-installing the latest issue but no matter what I try this error keeps popping up. Any helpful suggestions would be most gratefully received by this newbie. Thanks.
