Default problem with .jar in iReport

Hi, I have a .jar that is installed in other computer(outside netbeans). Everything works fine except with report. I am sure the libraries needed for iReport is added in my lib folder but I receive this error message when I to load the report using the program.

I use command prompt to see the error:
    Java Code:
        java -jar projCosting.jar
And here is the error message:

if you notice the bolded letter in the error message, the program is looking for D:\Costing\RptCosting_1288072391310_955208.java which does not exist.

I have included the library in lib folder but do you think I have to install the iReport application?

Hope someone can help me here.
    Thanks in advance,
    geje

I dont know which version of iReport you are using.

Actually iReport needs some apache common libs.find the libs corresponding your version and add that.

    Hope it helps you..

Hi, Thanks for the reply. Um.. I use 3.7.4 version of iReport. I am sorry but I cannot understand what you mean... You mean even required library in dist>lib folder I also have to install the iReport? Or add a folder named libs.find inside dist?

    Thanks

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Here are the versions of libraries that you mention that I have.

    commons-beanutils-1.8.0.jar
    commons-collections-3.2.1.jar
    commons-digester-1.7.jar
    commons-logging-1.1.jar
    groovy-all-1.5.5.jar
    iText-2.1.0.jar
    jasperreports-3.7.4.jar

Only iText is the lower version than what you gave so I download the iText-2.1.7.jar and
try to run it. But still the same error occur.

But if I am missing some library then why is it running inside the netbeans? Also I try to
run it in my PC (this time outside netbeans) and it works great.

    Thanks.

I did not use Netbeans for my application. However, I think it because of classpath problems.Make sure you have configured properly.

Thanks for your reply and sorry if I took almost a month to reply on this post.
I have to fix some old application that I did. Maybe I should post this on netbeans.
    Thanks again, :)

The thread is over three years old dude. Don't be lazy, create your own thread. In the IReport forums, not here.
