Distributing .jar

Hi, I am trying to distribute a small application. I use netbeans 6.9 to create this small application. I extracted the .jar file in different path but the same computer where the appplication has made and it runs fine. Then I try it in another computer, after I extract the .jar file and double click it is gives me message "Could not find main class. ..."

What I am doing wrong?

This is my first time to do this.

I found out that one of the JDK or JRE is not properly installed. I uninstall both JDK and JRE, download the latest JDK in Netbeans site then install it again (JRE was installed automatically). After doing this the program runs.
