Hello....

I am trying to build an application that can be loaded onto a web page...

Then any user can use his browser to access that application.... That application also allows users to input their data files for processing....

Any recomendation about Which version of Eclipse will be suitable for that.... ???

Because I think that Eclipse Helios does not have that option of building web projects....
My OS is Windows Vista....
