Communication API problem.

Dear friends,

I have tried to send SMS using java. I have searched about it and got this below URL,

From here I have downloaded the code, I have tried to ran this but it has expected the comm package. When I was searching I got this URL Java Communications API for downloading comm package.

I don't know how and where to get it.

Can you please tell me from where I can get the comm package.

comm.jar should be placed in:


%JAVA_HOME%/lib
%JAVA_HOME%/jre/lib/ext

I have done lot of googling, But I couldn't find it..
