Agreed with imorio, it'll take a long time to familiar with such related technologies. But if someone can clearly separate the steps, then it could be done easily.
OP can stream a small video clip with Java without more troubles. But if he wants to play a film in that way, then sure he's stuck. In that sens the work has to be done is huge. That's what such applications are not available in free domains, and some people don't provide an API to access there applications.

Ya I dont want to play complete films here,but I would surely like to know how big is this 'small'...
Suppose I want to play small videos only can u tell me from where should I start...and what path should I follow.
