need your helo ASAP with some questions:

1.can u inherit a static method?
2.can a static method be overridden?
3.what is a CONNECTION STRING in java? or where can i read about it?
i need to know hoe to implenet it.....

a brilljant guy created a website. it starts with g and end with oogle. it is like a search engine that magicly searches the web and give the answer to all your questions.

the first 2 questions i tried to goole it but all i can find is explanation what is static methos. i couldn't find if u can inharite it or overide it?

about the connection string.....
i tried to look for info about it but since i REALLY don't know what it is i found myself so confused with too much info. i was looking for someone who can guide me to the right place.

Really, that's all carefully explained in the Sun Java Tutorials; you should study them; and no, static methods can't be overridden.
