    Default comm package api

    Dear friends,

    I have downloaded the sms sending code from this below address,
    How to Send SMS using Java Program (full code sample included)

    Which needs javax.comm package.
    I would like to know below things,

    => From where I have to install the comm api package.
    ( I am not a root user)
    => How can I make it work ?
    ( Like class path setting and all. )

    My indention is to send sms using this code.

    Plzzz help me, its urgent need.

    I m working in linux environment. I am using unbunt 9.2

    He's not pointing it out for your benefit, but rather for ours. The problem is that you're asking unpaid volunteers to help you here, not paid consultants, and most of us mind if we take time away from work/lives/play to try to help someone only to find that we've provided a solution that was already provided in a cross-post hours ago. The proper thing to do is that if you feel you must cross-post, at least provide links in each cross-post to the other, so that folks don't waste time answering something already answered and so that folks can review all discussions that have already occurred.

    Certainly what we are asking is not unreasonable and hopefully you will see the logic behind it. If you feel that you can't abide by our simple request though, then perhaps it is you who should go away. Myself, I'll await your response before deciding whether to help or not.

    Your saying right. I am accepting it. But I m nt realizing it before really, Sorry for that. I was thinking that, Instead of pointing out and posted it as a "cross post", Mr.JosaH can help rit. Its urgent need, thats why I am asking.
