    Default interesting programming puzzle

    I have found many different programming puzzle from the net, but there is a type of puzzle that I really would like to learn to solve.

    Those puzzle look something like this:

    Java Code:
    UEsDBBQAAAAIAIVyUjx/yWgsbQIAAP0CAAAHABwAcHJvYmxlbVVUCQADeTB9S3ow
    fUt1eAsAAQToAwAABOgDAAAdUsmumlAA3fcrGtNFX1zABblgXm2jOACXSRBEY9Jc
    5knmSb6+vi7OkJyzO+fXnx8T6W4WrB3LbiuOBxXMfNRNW8Wn9NipMa4QbVv8MQVL
    05STYRfqADEysKpWFm/3mViqu5EtXlzGPVl6zauMly7vUNt3S9ji1LESwdn63jCN
    DZkNHrzCc78lb8/mucZtFFM45ckrs1XnmtOYo34WENfnXkzC9vQ6s3
    This is just a example, bunch of characters. How to solve something like this?
    What tools do I have to use?

    Well the first step of every program is defining the problem. Do you know what you have to do to solve this? I'm thinking it's an anagram or it's encoded.

    Not interesting, and nothing to do with Java, hence off topic.

    yea, technically there is java, eventually,
    this is a base64 encoded .zip file,
    containing a single file "problem",
    which is an obfuscated .PHP file,
    that evaluates a gzinflated base 64 encoded string,
    which in turn will echo a hex string,
    that is a hex string representation for another hex string,
    which really is a java 1.4 compiled class

    Java Code:
    public class Main
    {
        public static void main(String[] strings) {
            System.out.println("My life for Aiur!");
        }
    }
    But, this still is not interesting, and its not even a problem

    Aiur. ? Seriously, lay off the Starcraft!
