You need to make some attempts to get started on your own before we'll help you... we're not here to do things for you. We're here to help you solve issues and get ideas for you to learn the process of making the program.

Personally I've never used MySQL with Java before, but I can tell you that the framework for the initial program needs to be set up before you can even start with the MySQL coding. Do you have a place to start making the program? Are you familiar with the main class, and so on?
