    Your Draw( ... ) method needs a 'thing' of type 'Graphics'; you wrote it so you should know. You have to pass it a thing of type Graphcs; if all else fails there's also a long forgotten art called 'reading', reading the tutorials that is. Try it, it might help and it doesn't hurt.

    I did suggest using JApplet.

    Which has a convenient method you might find handy.

    JApplet is part of Swing, which is more useful than the older AWT stuff that Applet is part of.

    And then there's the tutorial for applets in general.
