Why are you worried about exams when you haven't yet learned Java? Aren't you getting a little ahead of yourself?

    Thanks for your advice...

But the thing is i'm too curious to know things... :D since i have started learning Java.

Also i have a good experiance on C++... so from the programming point of view its alomost same as C++ hence i'm catching up things fast...

I'm using the book "The Complete reference -Java" by Herbert Schildt.. is this good book or can i follow some other book ??

Relevant to the subject content or the exam related?

If relevant to the subject then as Fubarable says no point of worring about the exam. Study the basis about the Java and think about the exam once you have confidence of the subject.

Since you have prior knowledge in C++ it's bit easy to learn Java as well (there is a big difference in both languages as well), and I hope you've better understanding about the OO concepts.

If you are focusing on exam as well, then Kattey Siera is the best I guess.

Every book by Herbert Schildt, every single book, belongs in the fire place. That guy is only in it for the money and all his books are worthless.

    kind regards,
