Download either Netbeans or Eclipse, These are your ides, in which you create, I suggest looking at the Java API, which every programmer refers to almost every time they program, Its not about memorizing the code its about knowing where to find it,
Start here The Java™ Tutorials
They both support java, javascript and jsp.
Now There is a HUGE difference between java and javascript, they are completely different languages, Your very unlikely to find help with javascript on this forum. Java and some jsp pages only. ~ Sno ~

1. Your text is very loud and annoying..
2. Being a good programmer is not about memorizing code but knowing where to find the answer (google).
3. Doing is learning. Asking is having it done for you
4. There are hundreds of how too and tutorials on the java sun website, netbeans and eclipse.
5. You need to figure out if you are creating a web project or a desktop application.
Netbeans and jsp
Developing JSPs and Servlets with Netbeans

So download an IDE, and create a project.
Name it anything you want.
Than within the project, depending on what type of project, create a new jsp in the src folder or webcontentLast edited by Sno; 06-14-2010 at 09:55 PM.

Your questions are very general and vague and I don't think can be satisfactorily answered within the confines of this forum. I suggest either do more research or ask a better more specific and answerable question. Much luck. Also, I second the recommendation that you shrink your text so as not to shout in the forum.
