I am new to Java. I want to develop Some Programs in Java, so cud u pls tell me the statements of programs an or send the links where i can get practical java problems so that i can develop some programs.

Study Sun's Java Tutorials. It contains lots of exercises and thoroughly explains the (basics of the) Java language. Start at the beginning and don't just browse through it but study the 'trails' (sections of the tutorial); it pays back.
